A Fairfield flooring tradition built on quality products, fair prices and generations of personal service.
The Hilsmier family
A tradition that started with Bill
Bill Hilsmier, the original founder of Humongous Bill’s, began his career in the mid-1950s as a sales representative for major flooring suppliers. In 1969, his son Tom Hilsmier entered the family retail flooring business and is now the company president.
In the early 2000s, Humongous Bill’s built its standalone store in Fairfield. Today, Tom and his son Jon, along with his grandchildren Elise, Sam and Jon Jr., run the day-to-day operations.
The family remains committed to providing quality flooring at fair prices to homeowners and businesses throughout Southwestern Ohio and beyond.
