Over 55 years have passed since the Hilsmier family first entered the flooring industry. In the middle of the 1950s, Bill, the original founder of Humongous Bill's, started his career as a sales representative for significant flooring manufacturers. Tom, who is currently the company president, joined the family retail flooring business in 1969. Today, Tom and his son Jon jointly manage the company on a daily basis. There are a number of grandchildren waiting in the wings who will continue the Hilsmier heritage of offering residents in Fairfield, Ohio, and beyond high-quality flooring at reasonable pricing.
